Adrienne’s niche is in the analytically creative. A long ago english major who fell in love with business (and the language of business and statistics), she believes that in this life it’s all about the people.
After serving as a member of executive management teams of companies for many years and successfully building and running marketing, sales and business development divisions, she returned to academia.
Adrienne completed her Ph.D. in leadership and organizational behavior from Vanderbilt University, Peabody College, and enjoys the rigor of quantitative research intertwined with the theoretical…and then applying it. Adrienne’s primary areas of research and practice include identity, occupational aspirations, choice and persistence, organizational motivation and use of human talent. Adrienne is also a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR).
Adrienne founded HumanTalented (www.humantalented.com) based on her academic research, her experience in business and her own passion for people. Adrienne uses creativity and analytics to assist people in living authentic lives in their careers and their relationships and assists organizations in aligning performance goals with their corporate culture and human talent.
